VAT 22% will be added to the prices. The non-refundable participation fee includes the costs of preparing, organising, and running the fair, participation cards, 2 parking cards, and advertising the exhibition.

Standard stand rent includes white standard wall elements, facia board, exhibitor name on facia board, carpet, spotlights (1pc/3m²) and plug socket (4,5A, 1 KW) and stand building works. Does not include indoor space rent! The standard stand includes walls, an end board with the exhibitor's name, carpet (dark grey, grey, dark blue, light blue, red, black, green), spotlights (1 per 3 m2), 4,5A 1kW socket, one-time cleaning before the stand opening, stand installation and dismantling. Prices are subject to VAT at 22%.
